Exchange and Refund Policy

Any product bought from GULF ITALIA can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. This policy is applicable to local orders only.

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Gulf Italia has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

  • The Exchange Policy at Gulf Italia will not be applicable once the order placed has been processed
  • The exchange of any of item(s) will only be allowed if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong size, color or wrong item provided.
  • These conditions apply to non-sale orders only.
  • Or sale orders, exchanges will only be provided if the order delivered was incorrect.
  • Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.

  • We strive to give all our customers a great online shopping experience. However, in case you face any issue with a product or its size, we offer you exchange on order or article within 10 days from the date of purchase. You are eligible for an exchange only if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. for such exchanges we offer free pick up services

  • We do not offer any courier service compensation if customer send the item back unless requested by our representative.
  • The replacement process may take up to 2 weeks’ time due to pickup and delivery along the availability of the item. 
  • If after the checking process it is determined that the returned item is damaged because of a fault at Gulf Italia’s end, the damaged article will be exchanged free of cost for a new one.
  • If the damage to the item is because the necessary precautions were not followed, then it will be sent back as it is, since Gulf Italia  is not liable for that damage.

  • We have no policy for refund or cash back, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which will be availed online and store.

  • Gulf Italia aims to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made in Pakistan, online or at any of our stores. We express regret to all of our international customer but we currently do not offer any exchanges or refunds for international online orders.
